New PromedX, A cohesive wrap and multitrauma dressing in one convenient package.

This unique combines the fast, secure self adhesive bandage and the multi-trauma dressing in a single package.
Not since the introduction of the bandage strip has bandaging the trauma wound been so easy, fast and secure. The self adhesive non-latex wrap is able to put pressure on wounds for compression and it also facilitates less on scene time.
No need to carry tape, this wrap sticks to it's self.
No need for cutting, just tear it to length. and the dressing can be opened to accomodate a larger areas such as road rash from a motorcycle rider. PromedX is currently available in 4 sizes, 1" 2" 4" and 6" with dressing sizes ranging from 1"x3"(3"x3" unfolded) to a wopping 20"x30" unfolded. PromedX is designed for the Extreme.
